During this Power Hour, we will normalize the conversation around Spiritual Awakening – what it is and what it isn't, the awakening "process" the predictable cycles of expansion and contraction/rising
and releasing, the role that purpose plays in the awakening journey, and the importance of both self-exploration and mind-body-heart-soul integration & coherence to anchor in your new identity. Vicki will also share insights about what we are awakening into, which have been channeled from the Galactic Council.
Together, we will experience a coaching exercise that integrates numerology as a connection point to your soul with heart-brain coherence and somatic integration.
